George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain, France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth To All To Whom these Presents shall
Come Greeting know ye that we of our special grace certain knowledge and mere motion have given and by her presents for us our
Heirs and successors do give and grant unto Philip Livingston Junior Esquire his heirs and Assigns all that town lot in the town of Harwich
In the District of Manchack in Our Province of West Florida known by the number eighteen and also all that pasture lot thereunto laid out and 
Belonging and known by the number Eighteen which said lots are respectively bounded as in and by the certificate hereunto annexed under the hands of
Our Surveyor General of Land in our said Province may more fully and at large appear which said town lot contains one hundred feet in width
by two hundred feet in depth and which said pasture lot contains five acres of land or thereabout to have and to hold the said lots and provinces 
hereby granted with the appurtenances together with all finder and fees thereon growing or being ways waters water courses paths 
passages prior ledges and appurtenances whatsoever to the said lots belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said Philip Livingston
Junior his heirs and assigns forever in free and common soccage the said Philip Livingston Junior his heir or assigns yielding 
and paying for the said lots unto us our heirs and successors the yearly luil rent of six pence sterling money on every twenty fifth
day of March % % % ensuing the date hereof provided always and this present grant is upon condition never the less that the said Philip
Livingston Junior his heirs or assigns shall and do within two years from the date hereof on the said town lot hereby granted erect and built
One good and sufficient tenantable house atleast of the dimensions of thirty feet and fifteen feet in depth with one or more brick chimney
And upon neglect of the said Philip Livingston junior his heirs or assigns to build an house of the dimensions aforesaid on the said town
Lot hereby granted within the time abovelimited then and in that case the said Phillip Livingston Junior his heirs or assigns that
forfeit and pay unto us our heirs and successors the sum of twenty shillings sterling on the twenty fifth day of March
Yearly for not complying with the above condition untill the same shall be compleatly built Provided also that this grant shall be
duly registered in the Registrar’s Office of the said province within six months from the date of hereof Provided also nevertheless that
if the said Philip Livingston junior his heirs or assigns shall not within the space of ten years from the date here of erect and build an house upon
the said town lot of the dimensions ^(aforesaid) that then and in that case the said lots hereby granted shall revert to us our heirs and successors as fully 
and absolutely to all intents and purposes whatsoever as if the same had never been granted given under the Great Seal of Our Province
of West Florida witness our trusty and welbeloved Peter Chester Esquire Our Captain General and Governor in Chief in and over
Our said province at Pensacola the fifth day of April ___ in the year of our lord one hundred and 
Seventy seven and in the seventeenth year of our reign % % % % % % % % % % % % % % % % % % % % % % %
