Pursuant to a Warrant from His Excellency Peter Chester Esquire
Captain General Governor and Commander in Chief in and over His Majesty’s
Province of West Florida to me Directed bearing Date the fourteenth Day of
January Anno Domini 1777 I have caused to be Surveyed and laid out unto
Phillip Livingston Junior Esquire in Town Lot in the Town of Harwich known
by the Number Eighteen containing One Hundred Feet in width by Two
Hundred Feet in Depth with the Pasture Lot Number Eighteen thereunto
belonging, containing five Acres recourse being had to the Plan of said Town in
the Surveyor Generals Office will more fully appear Certified this Tenth Day of
